  • Extended charters

We provide these services based on their current availability and weather conditions, and we may alter or cancel them without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a successful charter booking, you must:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Supply truthful and complete information
  • Make a deposit payment as stated in the booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after we have received the payment and sent out our written confirmation. We have the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charters are contingent on the availability of vessels and appropriate weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your preferred dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing information is presented in € and includes all relevant taxes, unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the complete charter fee is required upon reservation
  • Final Balance: Must be paid in full 48 hours before the start of the charter
  • Any additional charges incurred: Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment which include major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Secure encrypted systems are used for processing payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus service fees
  • If canceled between 24-72 hours before departure: Partial reimbursement of 50%
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather conditions be considered unsafe by our captain, we provide the options to:

  • Reschedule the charter without additional fees
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of a mechanical failure with the assigned vessel, we aim to supply a comparable alternative. If this should be unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as needed
  • Disclose any medical conditions that could compromise their safety
  • Stay within permitted areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are not allowed on board, including:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pets, unless approval has been given beforehand

6.3 Conduct

Guests must behave courteously at all times. Any behavior that poses a safety concern or interrupts the enjoyment of others can result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability strictly to the cost paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries from guest negligence
  • Property loss or damage
  • Indirect or consequential damages or penalties
  • Delays stemming from adverse weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold comprehensive marine insurance policies for our vessels and operations. Guests should arrange their own insurance for travel and personal belongings.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you understand the inherent dangers of maritime activities and assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the right to alter itineraries, pathways, or schedules for reasons such as weather, safety, or operational requirements. All efforts will be taken to ensure comparable alternatives when changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control, which may include, but are not limited to, the following, absolve us from responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or changes:

  • Extreme weather occurrences
  • Natural disasters
  • Legislative changes
  • Port shutdowns
  • Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to the collection and utilization of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, visuals, trademarks, and symbols, is safeguarded by copyright and intellectual property laws. Without our explicit consent, any form of replication, distribution, or adaptation is prohibited.
